As I understand, you encountered File not found document error on certain URL formats in SharePoint 2010.
Do you have configured the Alternate Access Mappings in the Central Administration?
You could check the details about the error according to the correlation ID in the ULS log. (The path of the ULS log: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\Logs)
If you have not configured AAM, you could configure the AAM for the http://intranet/.
If you have configured the AAM, you also could check if you have configured successfully.
