Hi, Have you done some customizations? Did you use some special functions and features? Please give as much information about your scenario as possible to analysis. Also, Please go to your event viewer and ULS logs (...\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\LOGS folder with the name format of ServerName-Date-Timestamp.log as default configuration) to check if there are errors regarding SharePoint and let me know the detail information. Hi, There may be some problem with a field/fields in the list. Ex: Just check if the list has any lookup columns and its corresponding master list exists. To troubleshoot , go to list settings and try remove column to be visible in New or edit form by making this column hidden. Regards, Manvir Manvir
