Hi.
Make sure that the certificate is configured correctly.
Have you enabled the tennants for federation?
Set-CsTenantFederationConfiguration -Tenant [TenantID] -AllowFederatedUsers $true
You should look at the options for federation in the
multitennant guide.
My reccomendation is to create scripts for this and automate the process.
If you have a big hosting deployment look at third party hosting panels or maybe build something with system center and orchestrator.
Import-Module : The specified module 'LyncOnline' was not loaded because no
valid module file was found in any module directory.
Do you have a working LHP (Lync Hosting Pack) deployment or have you used any other tool to use a enterprise deployment with several tennants?
My bad
1.1 Install Additional Components
You need to install a few more components on all Front End Servers, Edge Servers, Mediation Servers, Monitoring Server, and Archiving Servers before you can complete the post-installation configuration process.
Run the following Windows Installer scripts from an elevated command prompt on every instance of these servers before proceeding:
\Setup\CSServices.msi
didn't see that

Do you happen to know where I can find logs to see where the Fed is failing.
So far I followed the LHP Documentation carefully however the problem still.
Once the configuration is correct how long does it usually take for the tenant and Lync online to establish connection
I got these log on the Lync Client, "Previous hop federated peer did not report diagnostic information."
