Fast User Switching Support in Steadystate v2.5
Hi does steadystate v2.5 support fast user switching (fus)? I only ask as i do not really use the feature but i have protector suite ql v5.6.2 installed and the only way for me to have the windows welcome screen appear is to enable fast user switching. If i enable it but never actually use this feature will i encounter any problems?

Hi rusty76, I'd like to inform you that Windows SteadyState 2.5 does not support fast user switching. Though we can still enable it in Control Panel User Account Mark Use Fast User Switching checkbox after disabling offline files. However, if we use the button to switch user, the computer will be locked and we still need to use the previous account to log on and then log off in order to log on with another account.

Are there plans to implement fas in SteadyState? Is there a thread for tracking status of bugs in SteadyState?

Hi. Can I ask why it's not supported? Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit supported it just fine.
