Hi, Please check the C:\ConfigMgrSetup.log, this log will provide you some clue to identify why the installation was failed. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb693526.aspx Regards, Madan | www.madanmohan.com

Hi, I would start the installation again and monitor the bootstrap.log file on D:\ I don't think it actually gets to the point where it creates the configgrsetup.log file. During the bootstrap process it performs a few checks, and one of those could fail.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund

Hello - I would suggest you to copy the source or use CD to secondary server and directly install from there and see. I have seen the console installation is not that much reliable.Anoop C Nair

Well, It finally worked once I copied down the SCCM source to my secondary site. we have 23 secondary site to deploy. I tried using the SCCM console and it failed EVERYTIME. It is very frustrating. Executing SCCM locally to start up the Secondary site works, bit it is a pain. Thanks An00p
