I have a CAS and a PRIMARY site and both sites have remote SQL servers.  The CAS is not generating this error and seems to be working fine, but the PRIMARY site's remote SQL smssqlbkup.log generates the above error every 30 minutes. 
 
Has anyone seen this error and know what needs to be done to fix it? Thanks

Are the backup jobs identical? Do they backup to a remote share - if so have you created a folder within the share to hold the backup? In other words don't try to backup directly to the share. 

Thanks for the response.  Yes the backup jobs are identical.  They back up to a separate local drive on the SQL server (ex. F:\CMBACKUP).

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?
