Failed to find Sign in Certificate Error.
Hi All, I am doing Replace scenario (Win-XP to Win 7 X86 SP1) using 3 task sequences . 1. For Capture Win XP Machine . 2. Build Win 7 & Install Applications. 3. Restore User state to the Win 7 Computer. The Computer Association was made earlier before Capture the user data from XP Machine .The Capture and Build win 7 State was Done Successfully But the problem is in Restore Step . In Restore task sequence had a step to install ccmcertfix and restart the Computer then after the restore Action is come into play. But when advertise the Task Sequence to the Fresh build machine (Win 7 X86 SP1) is gives error at Request user state step . when i checked the log file and Advertisement status i found an error of " Failed to find Sign in Certificate " with error code 0x80092004. But when i again re-run the Task Sequence with out making any changes on restore task sequence it Ran successfully and Restore all User data successfully. The question is why Restore Task sequence is failed for first time . thanks Ashish Verma.
