There are some clients that are coming up with this error... They were not installed correctly so I ran ccmclean.exe , then I deleted certificates for SMS, and deleted both folders CCM and CCMsetup... Then I tried to manually install it, or Client Push install it... and it shows this error in ccmsetup.log Failed to download files through BITS Since there are no other logs and this is the only error I dont know what the problem could be. I dont think it-s a server problem since I-ve been solving other clients with same servers. Any ideas or suggestions?

Eduardo, This error can be caused by a firewall blocking background downloads and transfers. Since BITS uses background downloading, this would prevent BITS from working correctly. Make sure that the settings in the firewall are set to allow Background downloads and transfers. In particular, Sonic firewalls may have this problem.
