Dear All SCCM Gurus,

I'm facing an error while creating Task Sequence Media:

Error: Media creation failed with error message: "A required privilege is not held by the client".

My scenario: I'm having OSD, SUP, Read & Write role based access permission assign to me from my line manager and given a task to create a stand alone golden images.

If anybody help me out as per the above issue.

Still couldn't able to resolve this issue. See the below tasks being performed.

- Added the hostname in the local administrator group.

- Added my user account in the local administrator group.

- My account is having a SCCM Roles: ODSD, SUP, Application Deployment & Author, Read & Write.

- Added Network Access Account in the local host administrator group.

- Windows Firewall & UAC is also disable.

Could you please suggest any other option. Really need to sort it out.

Please advice... 

check if you have any Group Policies blocking USB Media creation.
