Hi,

Based on my analysis, the cause can be SharePoint account services (including timer account) were locked in AD.

It's possible that simply unlocking all locked accounts in AD is enough to restore service, but all locked accounts were not identified at the beginning, so some services, such as Search SA were deleted and recreated. Also, the timer service had to be manually restarted on 1 of the servers.

Thanks,
