Hi Support

I currently having a problem while trying to create database. I check also the logs and try to search the error and test it, but the problem still persist. I have no idea how to trace this error. 

Any suggestions or thoughts regarding this error.

Does the account you are running under have DBCreator and SecurityAdministrator roles on the serverad.vmtest.com SQL server?  That's usually what causes this error.

User which you are used to install SharePoint need to add into SQL server under Security and give DB Owner and Server admin roles and then re run the Product config wizard, this issue will get resolved

HI,This issue could be of many reasons like the Account don't have proper permissions on the DB instance.The account that your using to configure\install the sharepoint should be part of local administrator of the group,the account should have below access on the DB instance.

DB Creator,security admin.

I would recommend you to please check the log for more details of exact issue.
