I have been struggling with my email setting in FSRM. I have verified the following:
Exchange Server Settings:
Hub Transport has a Receive Connector defined as follows:
- Network > All Available IPv4 Address Port 25
- File Server IP is in the list of servers to receive mail from
- Authentication > Externally Secured is selected along with Transport Layer Security
- Permission Groups > Anonymous Users and Exchange Servers are checked.
FSRM Settings on File Server:
- Email notifications-
- SMTP Server > IP address of my Exchange Server
- Default email address: my email address
- Default "From" > FSRM@SERVERNAME.domain
Test emails fail eveytime...
