FREE APP SERVICE in Pay-As-You-Go subscription

Does anyone know what the metric and graph for "FREE APP SERVICE - AZURE APP SERVICE" in the subscription management portal actually means.

It say "10 Apps included" but then it also says "11.99 Apps" have been "used" this month in a bar graph.

Fortunately it also says that the cost is $0.00, which is just as well because I'm only running apps in Basic & Standard mode anyway with only a couple of "free" websites that aren't even running.

So, just what is this nonsenical metric supposed to repres

Hello Msgwrx,

When you read Included in the graph, it means "It Contains the amount of the resource that is included at no charge in your current billing period." and Consumed would mean "Contains the amount of the resource that has been consumed during the billing period."
