We are trying to setup FIM 2010 to be used with our current HR system and our AD infrastructure. I have read all the manuals but am a bit confused on the actual setup. I have tried going through the intial push of all my accounts from AD into FIM and then bring in all other data from the HR system but there are some settings that get me a bit confused regarding the sync rules settings for each setup based on the guides. Can someone enlighten me as tohow to carry out this process. Back in the beta versions I always had problems if i changed my settings in the sync rule. thanks
