FIM and Cisco Call Manager
Hi, Not having worked with Cisco Call Manager before - does anyone know how it would integrate with FIM (if at all) ? Does it pull everything it needs from the Exchange GAL? Or do you typically update tel, extension, fax etc .. information in Call Manager and sync that back to FIM and GAL? What MA would you use if you need to connect with Call Manager? thanks
