FIM R2 notification mail not showing approve/reject button
Hi, scenario-1 I have a scenario where, user is editing his contact info fields , it will trigger approval workflow, and the approver will get mail , but no showing approve/reject button anywhere in the mail. scenario-2 if a user tries to join a group and request is made using outlook ad-ins, can see a request mail in fimservice MB, but the group owner will not get mail at all. able to reset password using R2 client Please suggest

office=2010? mpr issue? you checked mpr's are enabled\configured? you tested group owner mailbox, does it work at all?

yes office client is 2010, group owner mailbox able to send and recieve mail. Currently default Group management workflow: Owner approval on add member MPR is disabled , but i have configured same MPR to my requirement which is triggering mail notification whitout approve/reject buttons

I cant access my testlab at the moment (sadly), but did you try if it works fine with default mpr? if it does, you've probably located the issue and it will be little bit easier to troubleshoot now... but i cant say nothing more at this point sorry, i might look into it tomorrow (when i get to my lab) good luck!

When a Group Owner receives an email for approval, I am not able to view the approve / deny button, similar to your observation. But portal button on the outlook works and owner is able to approve request the through portal. Env details: FIM 2010 R2 Outlook 2010 Checked: - MPR is enabled Please let me know if I have missed anything.
