Hi, I followed all the steps in the SSPR deployment guide without the help desk ones cause they are not a requirement. But when i try to launch the registration process from the fim's portal home page i get the following error : A gate plugin exception was encountered while running the password reset application Error Text : An error occured while calling InitiliazeGate Error Code : 997 I also tried to investigate but unfortunatly no error in the pwMgmtProxy.svclog Could some one help please.
