Hira - the FIM website look and feel is governed by a set of cascading stylesheets (CSS files) located in [Program Files]\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033\STYLES\ ... My suggestion would be to look at the objects on a page which impact the width of a page the most ... such as banner images and title/menu text. Get someone with an understanding of how to customise the CSS files - if you don't know what you're doing you can end up with a mess ... and I'm not aware of any alternative way to do this either. Before you make the changes, remember that the next hotfix/service pack/repair you do on FIM will likely restore the changes you make, but regardless I would make a backup copy, then remember to re-apply the changes every patch.Bob Bradley, www.unifysolutions.net (FIMBob?)

If you want to customize the look and feel by altering the CSS file I would suggest you read: Introduction to Configuring and Customizing the FIM Portal If i would modify the default theme I would defininately create a new theme. A good point to start is just copy the one of FIM to a new folder and start tweaking it. If things go bad you can always go back. And as Bob states, you don't risk loosing your customizations if you do an upgrade/update.http://setspn.blogspot.com
