Hi all I have set up FIM and CM on two different machines. I am able to sync objects between SQL and AD and I also can import users theire profiles and requests from CM (FIM is working). The CM MA user is able to manage Smartcards for other users via CM Web Portal (CM is working). But when I try to create a new request for a user I get the following error: The profile template is not enabled for the Enroll policy. This requested action is not allowed through ClmUtils. Hi Henry, what does it mean "The CM MA user is able to manage Smartcards for other users via CM Web Portal "? Is the CM MA user able to enroll a certificate/Smartcard on behalf of a business user for the same profile template you' re trying to manage with the CM MA? Have you checked that the profile template you are addressing in your provisioning code is the correct profile template? Can you describe how your Enroll policy configuration looks like? /Matthias
