hi, I have tried request maangement process as per in FIM Technet site. I can able to apporve the request through FIM PORATL.but through outlook the approve or reject buttons are disable.When i uncheck the cached mode on exchange in my outlook ,the buttons are enable and able to approve. I have update the OAB in Exchange also. Help me to make approval without unchecking the cache mode on exchange. Regards, Sridhar

Hi, I don't think your problem is related to cached mode as I have hundreds PCs running Outlook 2007 in cached mode and add-in works perfect.
