Greetings. Could someone please explain why FIM requires both .NET Framework 3.0 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1? Are there some FIM components that specifically need version 3.0 to work properly? Thanks, Joel Pfauth

Short answer is yes there are components of 2.0 sp2 and 3.0 and 3.5 sp1 that are needed for the 3.5 SP1 framework to be in place.
