Hi, i need to know where i can found SAP Agent related information. For example, installation configuration, Password Synchronization, profiles updates, and all supported task available. Because i want to certify if my SAP Environment is compatible with the FIM2010 Agent and what are the benefits to use Fim2010 SAP Agent. My SAP versions are: ECC 6 con EHP4. A good place to start is the FIM 2010 SAP .chm help file. After installation you can use it. I think it's available from the start menu. It's quit detailed. This is my usual response to what is officially supported with the ERP MA. The ERP MA was designed for a single instance connecting to an SAP 4.7 R/3 Server or an SAP ECC 5.0 Server running on Windows Server 2003 or 2003 R2, utilizing a Microsoft SQL Server 2005-based data store. The ERP MA can interface to SAP via Standard SAP BAPIs or customer developed BAPIs. This is the standard supported configuration. Additional configurations may work, including but not limited to: • SAP ECC 6.0 or higher • SAP Server utilizing a data store other than Microsoft SQL Server 2005-based data store • SAP Server running on an operating system other than Windows Server 2003 and 2003 R2 • SAP Modules such as Business Warehouse and CUA These configurations may not be fully tested. We will provide commercially reasonable support for customers investigating them. As you can see, we do not officially support many of the SAP systems you have, simply becuase we do not have them all in-house and are not able to veryify it. Password reset will not work with your version of SAP. SAP removed the password reset BAPI in ECC5 and added it back as a hotfix in v7.
