My computer has stopped communicating;   start-up repair on my Dell Vista shows 1 error code 0x4005.

Root cause found:  unspecified changes to system; CONFIGURATION MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THE PROBLEM.

Repair action:  System files integrity check & repair.
