Extra Blank Page between reports
I am developing dynamics crm 2011 reports in ssrs 2008. I have a sub-report and main report. When I preview the
sub-report it doesn't show blank pages but the main report does. The
sub-report have 5 tables. The main report has a
header and footer. The header has an image and a
text box whilst the footer has two text-boxes. The
sub-report's page has a width of 21cm and height 29.7cm and
all margins are set to 0cm. The same settings apply to the main report and all have
interactive-size set to 0cm,0cm. Please help, a client is pressing me hard for this report.Good is not good enough when best is expected !!!

Hi,
make sure the master report has the same width as the sub-report. Also remember that you are adding now a header and a footer to the scenario. This may be creating some problems. You may try removing temporarily the header and the footer from the master
report, and just run it with the sub report. This will give you a better idea of how it looks.
Hope this helps :)

Hi Chirochino,
I would suggest to remove any space in fooeter. If you leave any space between textboxes in footer page then an extra page will come.
I hope this will help you.

Hi Chirochiro,
According to the properties settings in your report, it seems that you preview your report in Print Layoutformat. The
issue may be caused by the white space in the report body. In Reporting Services, there are white space preserved in the report body by default. When the white space extends the body size beyond the width of the report, blank pages will be generated. To avoid
the issue, you can set the ConsumeContainerWhiteSpace property of the report to True.
If the issue persists, please elaborate the issue for further analysis. If possible, please post a screenshot of the issue. This will be helpful for us to reproduce the issue.
