Extended Attribute Discovery
Hello All, I have SCCM 2007 Installed. I have to create a report of all machines having Office 2003 Installed along with User Name (Not User ID). But by default there is no view in SCCM that does contain User Name (We have views that do contain UserID). So in order to get that information I added Following AD Attributes in Both AD System Discovery and AD user Discovery. 1. Displayname (To get Users First and Last Name) 2. MailNickname (to get email address of the user) But I m not seeing this information inventoried anywhere in the SQLDB. Is there anything specific I need to done in order to get that information extracted from AD to SQLDB

Hi,Chech the ADsysdis.log file and verify that the attributes are being collected. The attributes will be added to the system ressource class. Create a query and check the class to see if the information is added to the db.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products
