Hi
One way is to use PowerShell:

Via SQL (there is a section for groups):

Hi
What do you mean by "all configuration details"?
SCOM doesn't collect much server configuration information - that is the role of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2007, previously SMS).
If you are looking to see what SCOM is monitoring on a server then sadly, no - there is way to do this. There are a variety of tools that sort of help but none will give specific lists of rules \ monitors \ schedules \ thresholds:
Effective Configuration Viewer:

MPViewer from the Operations manager 2007 resource kit.
There is also an Agent Explorer Utility from Select Software.
