Exporting to sharepoint problem
I am trying to export a pdf file from Access to a sharepoint url and I get an error message. In order to make it work, I have to go into sharepoint, go to a document folder and open it in windows explorer. It prompts me for my windows username and pw and once I log in, the export works fine. How do I fix this problem? I think the issue is with sharepoint - it is expecting me to log in again when I should not have to since I am already logged into windows. Is it a security issue where I need to go into my itnernet settigns and add it as a trusted site? Has anyone else experiencedthe same issue? Thanks.

There is no connection in my mind at least between pdf files and Access.FAQ sites: (SP 2010) http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com; (v3)http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com and (WSS 2.0)http://wssv2faq.mindsharp.com Complete Book Lists (incl. foreign language) on each site.

First question: what are you trying to do. Means are you trying to upload your pdf folder into a SharePoint library?Second question: Is your SharePoint site using Windows authentication or Forms authentication?BR, PM

I am running a process in access (using vb) that opens a report and exports it as pdf to a url in sharepoint. We are using Windows authentification and there is a site at the root level.
