Export to word problems.
I have Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Version 10.50.1600.1 Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (RTM) - 10.50.1600.1 (X64) Apr 2 2010 15:48:46 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.1 <X64> (Build 7601: Service Pack 1) (Hypervisor) I have a report with Page Header and a table with some grouping.. I have set the Report properties to A4. When I view the report in the word and in the report Manager it looks fine. but i print it or print preview it it cuts off part header. My page size 8.29 - 11.69 and margins are set to 0.25 Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Karen

Hi Karenros, Based on the information you posted, I have reproduced the scenario. When the Page Header is larger than certain size, the rendering format word will cut off part header. So, we can infer that, the issue is caused by header height settings. While exporting to word, word will ignore the report header or footer height settings. To workaround it, we can either set the header size smaller in Reporting Services, or double-click the header in Microsoft Word, and adjust the Header from Top value properly. You can also submit a wish at https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/, and our engineers will take it into consideration.
