Export to Excel Problem with time fields
I have a report that gets exported to excel once a month. The report has a column that is the format of hh:mm:ss and mm:ss. When I export this, the operator performs their calculations on the data and find that they are unable to sum up these columns in the report. Is there something that I need to do in order for them to be able to summerize this data? Thank you

Can you please detail a bit the kind of formula your users are trying to apply to summarize data. If you could provide the structure of your data and the report design, that may help more anyone answering your question. Thanks. Hi, When we export the report to an Excel file, we need to set the appropriate format for the excel column. We can refer to the following steps: 1. Choose the column and right click. 2. Choose the Format Cells. 3. On the format cells dialog, choose Time as category and hh:mm:ss as type. After setting, we can use the SUM function to calculate these data.
