Hi I would like to export data (topics and replies) from sharepoint discussion board to either excel or any other format. I can see export on discussion topics but not on replies. is there any setting i need to setup. Thanks

Hi, You can use the existed function in SharePoint to help you to export Your Discussion Boards List > actions > open with access select “link to the data on the SharePoint site” > ok > export the data using the access function external data > export > excel (access 2007).
