Export MA change MA setting ?
I would like to see MA setting.
Export Management Agent just export MA setting and no modification of MA will happen ?
I would not like to change MA setting.

No, it doesn't change anything. So it is safe to Export MA.
You can do it also when other MAs are running - it is also a safe proccess.Keep trying
