I really hope somone can help me out with this, the thing that i want to do is to make a request form in infopath and publish to sharepoint when a requester fills in the form it has to be exported to a Outlook 2010 template that i made below you can see a example.

I really hope there is a way to archieve this :)

Hi,

Perhaps you could add a recipient field (people picker) to your InfoPath form and then use an email data connection to send contents of the form when the button is pressed. Using this method youd be emailing directly from InfoPath rather than outputting contents of from to Outlook and then sending (removes a step from process).

Alternatively you could use a workflow in the form submission location to do the same thing, email fields promoted from the form etc.
