Expected rules missing
HiI have a problem with provisioning security groups. Once in a while groups do not get provisioned to AD from FIM. When this happens the field for Detected Rules List is empty.Does anyone know why this would happen? Is it possible to add this information manually after a FIM object has been created?

Is there a DRE created? Are you sure you added it to the Export Flow Synch Rule?Eric

Thank you Eric for your reply.I added a person to this group and after that the group got created in AD. This problem does not happen that often so if adding a person to a group fixes this than that's fine :)

Whether a group object is provisioned is not related to whether the group has a member. However, if you are fine with your workaround, we can close this question - correct?Cheers,Markus Markus Vilcinskas, Knowledge Engineer, Microsoft Corporation

I don't know if it's related or not, but I find that sometimes if an object does not get provisioned to connected systems, making changes to that object (in FIM) will trigger the provisioning workflow as well. But this might be a misconception.
