Exchange Connector

Hi,

I'm trying to setup Exchange Connector on SCCM 2012, but after seeing EasDisc.log , I found this error:

Might be SMTP error

look at this this would be help you,

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-SG/connectors/thread/ffe0b0f6-3955-4bfd-beb8-a534f3537625

That's a thread to a service manager issue and is not related to this issue at all. SMTP has nothing to do with the Exchange connector in ConfigMgr.

Did you follow the guidance at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682001.aspx ?

Are you connecting to an Exchange 2010 hierarchy/system?

"Value cannot be null." Somewhere in the code they are passing a null value to the remote Exchange system and an exception is being thrown because that's not allowed.

Are you sure that the URL you put in on page 1 is a valid Client Access Server (Exchange 2010 CAS) ?

Did you accidentally check the Advanced Settings checkbox on the first page of the wizard and not fill in the Exchange CAS to AD Site info?

If you are confident that you filled out the properties for the wizard correctly, I think you're going to have to call CSS on this one.

yes, I've only have 1 server running multiple roles.

Nope, I don't check the Advanced Settings.

Time to call CSS then.

Hi Krisna, did you resolved this issue? I recently installed SCCM 2012 and I configured the exchange connector only I see the same errors in the EasDisc.log.

I was having an issue with this too and instead of using the URL that people go to, i used the FQDN and it worked perfectly fine.  I'm also using a read only account similar to how this was created.  http://rikkoss.wordpress.com/2012/04/28/mobile-device-management-in-sccm-2012-hands-on-part-1/

I had the exact same problem (and setup). After I changed the URL to one of my CAS' it started importing ActiveSync clients.

Thanks man :)
