Exchange 2013 OWA, ECP and authentication stopped working

Hi,

I have a bit of a doozy.

While updating an SSL Certificate, ECP and OWA stopped working.

I now get runtime errors or 'Bad Request' errors when I try and go to these sites.
Also, anonymous authentication in Outlook doesn't seem to work now either.

I have since updated the SSL certificate but I cannot figure out what is causing these other problems.

Sorry for being a bit vague, is there anyone that can steer me in the right direction please?
Is there anything I should look at first?

Thanks, Matt

Hi Matt,

Have a look into Exchange and System Event Logs, also do a check on test Exchange Connectivity by going to https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and see what error are you getting and post that error and any event log error you thing is relevant for us to understand more.

Thanks

Thanks Ripu.

Here is some more info from the connectivity test:

Testing HTTP Authentication Methods for URL https://remote.xxxxx.org.au/rpc/rpcproxy.dll?remote.xxxxx.org.au:6002.
 	The HTTP authentication test failed.
Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it

	Additional Details

Not all the required authentication methods were found.
Methods Found: Negotiate, NTLM
Methods Required: Basic
HTTP Response Headers:
Content-Type: text/html
Server: Microsoft-IIS/7.5
WWW-Authenticate: Negotiate,NTLM
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET
X-DiagInfo: xxxxxx
X-BEServer: xxxxxx
Date: Mon, 09 Feb 2015 07:03:03 GMT
Content-Length: 1293
Elapsed Time: 580 ms.

That one was the main problem. I added Basic in IIS.
Any other errors related to autodiscover - is that a huge issue?

Another problem I face is I cannot use the Exchange Management Shell.
It won't connect to the server, says something like this >> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2027062
But the binding is OK in IIS.

So at this stage I have no ECP or EMS...

Is there a specific event log I should check?
I didn't find anything too useful there.

Sorry, this isn't helping much!!!
Mail is still sending and receiving of course.

The server is running CU3.

I think this has something to do with my bindings in IIS.

Does anyone know what they should be by default for OWA and ECP to work?

Should both the Default Web Site and the Exchange Back End site be running?
