Exchange 2010 unified messaging, MRAS and Lync Mobility problem.

Hi Everyone,

I currently have an issue with establishing media connectivity to our Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging Server with External Clients.

Our setup is a single Exchange 2010 Server, 1 Lync Standard Edition Server, 1 Lync Edge Server and 1 TMG 2010 Server.

We have voice established via the edge to the PSTN gateway. But all voice traffic to Exchange UM is Failing.

An example is a user on Lync Client or Lync Mobility CLient, dials the UM Pilot, the call establishes, but no media is presented.

I have run Set-UmServer -Identity exchange2010.domain.local -SIPAccessService "lyncedge2013.domain.local:5062"

I also made sure that the edge server can talk to the exchange server. I see via resmon that the edge server has established some tcp connections to exchange.

Looking at lync mobility client logs i do not see the external MRAS service IP address offered in the candidate list. Its all the internal IP addresses.

Is something wrong with my edge server or have I missed something on the Exchange UM side?
