Exchange 2010 - Account Forest, Resource Forest. Calendar Permissions

Hey Guys

I have a user in the following domain : contoso\username and mailboxes in the following domain corp. I need to the user in CONTOSO to be able to schedule meetings on a conference room in the CORP domain.

I checked the mailbox forest and "All users" are allowed to schedule in-policy requests. however this user keeps getting the following error message:

You don't have permissions to create an entry in this folder.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,

Robert

Hi,

According to your description, I understand that user in account forest cannot schedule meeting room (place in Exchange forest) and return an error You don't have permissions to create an entry in this folder.
If I misunderstand you concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

I want to double confirm whether only one user or all user experience this issue.
This issue may be caused by permission limit, please run below command in EMS to double check the mailbox permission: Get-MailboxPermission <Identity of room> | Format-List

If there havent relevant permission, please run below command to add full access permission:
add-MailboxPermission -identity Room alias -user User alias -AccessRights FullAccess

Thanks
