Exchange 2007 Discovery Helper Overrides - Not Working as expected
Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1. I have SCOM 2012 installed on window server 2008 R2 SP1, and i'm trying to monitor Exchange 2007 SP2 (which is installed on multiple windows 2003 x64 servers), whenver i create the Exchange 2007 discovery Helper overrides i get the following warnings
on my exchange servers and although my SCOM recoginzes HUB/CAS/MB servers correctly, is it safe to be ignored?!
A scheduled discovery task was not started because the previous task for that discovery was still executing.
Discovery name: Microsoft.Exchange2007.ServerRole.CcrNode.Standalone.Discovery
Instance name: Discovery Helper (Server's FQDN)
Management group name: DMI
2. nothing happenes when i use the Exchange 2007 Client Access Server Monitoring template to monitor OWA/ActiveSync/etc .. all the services are still Not Monitored after 4 days.
SCOM 2012 client is installed successfully on all of the exchange servers, agent proxying is enabled.
