Excel error event id 5226

Hi,

 I have an event viewer error regarding excel

Unable to create or access workbook cache at C:\Temp\Excel Server\FileCache\fb4daf15-cf29-407a-b214-6f50da9c88c0\Ranges. Excel Services Application is unable to function without a workbook cache.

What could be the impact of it. Any idea? How to resolve this error

Resolved the issue by recycling the apppool of the excel service
