Hi Sayuhail, The possible reasons that could cause the error posted above could be: 1) Check if antivirus is installed and mass mailing blocked option is set. (Resolution : Configure McAfee antivirus to allow sending mail.) 2) In the SharePoint Outgoing E-mail settings try changing the SMTP server from it's FQDN to it's IP address and check server is now sending outgoing e-mails. 3) The issue could also occur because of firewall in SMTP server.
