I recived the error  Event ID 5003 Source MSExchangeIS below on Exchange 2013  how can solve the issue.

Hi Mohammad,

According to the error information, it seems that there is a sync issue between Exchange and DC.

I recommend you upgrade exchange to the latest CU9 and check if fix the issue.

If it was already up to CU9, you can try to find the problematic system mailbox through mailbox guid and recreate this system mailbox.

Hi Niko , Thanks for your help and efforts with me , I will try to install CU 9 , we have 2 mailbox servers under DAG and 2 Cas servers could you please provide how to upgrade current environment to CU9. Thanks a lot .
