Event ID: 21400 Health Service Modules '0x80070005 : Access is denied.
Greetings .. I have 330 systems on my SCE 2010 server. When I go to "Monitoring/Operations Manager/Agent/Agent Health State" I get a window with two Panes, one section says "Health State from health service watcher" the other says "Agent State" the "Health State from health service watcher" has 15 "Not Monitored" system, and the rest is gray with either Critical or Healthy states, the "Agent Status" has almost 200 Not Monitored systems. I have done several things to change the state from Not Monitored to Healthy: I did a repair on all Agents, that didn't help Cleaned the Cached information for each system, didn't help. I then, checked on the system, and noticed this error: Event Type: Error Event Source: Health Service Modules Event Category: None Event ID: 21400 Date: 1/16/2012 Time: 1:51:48 PM User: N/A Computer: PC Description: Failed to create process due to error '0x80070005 : Access is denied. ', this workflow will be unloaded. Command executed: "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe" /nologo "CPUUtilization.vbs" 95 15 PC.domain.local 7.4496242205301924 Working Directory: C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\Monitoring Host Temporary Files 1\1414\ One or more workflows were affected by this. Workflow name: Microsoft.Windows.Client.XP.OperatingSystem.TotalCPUUtilization Instance name: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Instance ID: {E7530611-E36B-91CB-94AD-7ECAF92476F4} Management group: DOMAIN_MG For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I checked on the registry, and domain for a few of the systems with the "Not Monitored" status, and confirmed the right domain specified. I can access the systems, I can see the inventory, but the Health Service Modules does not start, because of permission problems. I know the the account used to deploy and start the server is a Domain Administrator, which is part of the "Domain Admins" group, and when I log into the workstation with this user, I have FULL access. I do not know where to go next, Please help. Thank you..
