Hi We are getting below warning in our RMS server Event Type: Warning Event Source: OpsMgr Connector Event Category: None Event ID: 20058 Date: 6/13/2010 Time: 2:38:22 AM User: N/A Computer: RMS Description: The Root Connector has received bad packets which have been dropped. It received 93 such packet(s) in the last five minutes For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. Help us to resole the issue. Hi I have restarted the HealthService and the warning still continuing in RMS server. Every 5 minutes we are seeing this issue in the RMS event viwer. Event Type: Warning Event Source: OpsMgr Connector Event Category: None Event ID: 20058 Date: 7/12/2010 Time: 2:38:35 AM User: N/A Computer: RMS Description: The Root Connector has received bad packets which have been dropped. Was the RMS recently placed in maintenance mode for some scheduled activity? If so, check the "diagram view" if it has completely come out of the maintenance mode.
