Hi I have restarted the HealthService and the warning still continuing in RMS server. Every 5 minutes we are seeing this issue in the RMS event viwer. Was the RMS recently placed in maintenance mode for some scheduled activity? If so, check the "diagram view" if it has completely come out of the maintenance mode.

Which Failed Rule/Monitor is causing it, You may try and re-import the MP associated with it.
