Error while upgrading System Center Essentials 2010 from evaluation to full version.
Hello, We have installed the evaluation version of System Center Essentials 2010 evaluation verson and want now to upgrade to the full version. I have downloaded the full version from the volume license site of Microsoft and the product key is already filled in when i start the upgrade. But hen teh upgrade starts after a couple of seconds it fails with the following error: Failed, return code: -1 Registering Licenses failed. Could not Upgrade license. Evaluation Edition Upgrade - VitalFailure. Evaluation Edition Upgrade - Failed to install. We did not launch the post process delegate. I found this thread, but wasn't helpfull for me: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/systemcenter/thread/3bf5e543-ea5b-4fc7-823b-25f49a732b0d/ Does anyone have an idea?

I found the solution myself. I've tried to upgrade it with my standard domain admin account. But that doesn't work. You must use the same account wich you have used when you have installed the evaluatuon version.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
