The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

Server was unable to process request. ---> System.TimeoutException#

AM getting this error any help am pulling my hair out.

Could your provide more information about how you populate InfoPath form field value using soap?

Did you populate large data retrieved from SharePoint list?

Please check if there are some more related ULS log from 12/logs folder on SharePoint server.
