Setup I have RMS and Sharepoint 2013 on the same server. (Windows Server 2012 R2 using SQL Server 2012)

I'm getting the following error on SharePoint when I try to enable IRM

The required Active Directory Rights Management Service Client (MSIPC.DLL) is present but could not be configured properly.  IRM will not work until the client is configured properly.

Event ID 5144

Information Rights Management (IRM): There was a problem while creating the generic issuance license template.

All issuance licenses for protected documents are constructed from a generic, base issuance license template.

Additional Data
Error value: 0x80040214

Event ID 5823

Information Rights Management (IRM): There was a problem while getting the license template issuer list after connecting to the Online RMS server instance. Error value: 0x80040214.

I'm able to access both 

http://<rms server>/_wmcs/licensing/license.asmx

http://<rms server>/_wmcs/certification/certification.asmx

I have addever all the managed server account for sharepoint to the ServerCertification.asmx

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong can anyone help me out?

Hi,

According to your description, my understanding is that you are unable to enable IRM.

Have you entered the name of all SharePoint web roles servers into ServerCertification.asmx file?

Could you please provide corresponding logs in ULS log about the two errors? It would be helpful to resolve your errors .

I've have entered all the names of the service accounts in ServerCertification.asmx file. I even tried "Everyone" at one point and still was not able to get IRM to work.

All the links posted are what I was following before I posted the question and I was still unable to successfully enable IRM>
