Error installing System Center Essentials
I tried to install System Center Essentials 2010 on a 64-bit machine with Windows Server 2008 R2 & SQL Server 2008 R2. During installation I get the following error: ExecuteSqlStrings: Error 0x80040e14: failed to execute SQL string, error: Windows NT user or group 'TEST\Administrator' not found. Check the name again., SQL key: SQL_DBModuleDBRole.540EA3C0_A5E9_41EA_A585_822C09EA2650 SQL string: EXECUTE p_SetupCreateLogin N'TEST\Administrator', 'dbmodule_users' I searched for a solution but I didn't find any. Someone pointed out that it could be case sensitive, but during the setup of System Center he automatically fills in 'TEST' as domain so I can't try 'test'.

It looks like SQL Server had a user called 'SP10\Administrator' with description 'TEST\Administrator'. I installed the server as a domain controller AFTER the installation of SQL, I changed 'computername\Administrator' to 'domain\Administrator' and it works.
