Error in event log froze my computer

I was playing the game Terraria with my friends then all of sudden my second monitor went black and my computer froze.

I looked in the event logs and I found this error before my computer turned off.

"The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}
 and APPID
{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}
 to the user TylerDesktop\Tyler SID (S-1-5-21-2210203383-86660521-309937580-1004) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.InsiderHub_1000.10130.0.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-3926089429-3779096810-139998268-2665160821-3597776985-345016210-467500384). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool."

Any reason why it gave me that?

I am using Windows 10 Build 10130.
