Error in attachment: Exchange 2010

Hello

i have strange error in my exchange 2010
i can't receive any email with attachment but any email without attachment can receive
but in owa i can see the email that has attachment but i can't open this mail some error occurred

i am not did anything it's happened suddenly (no update-no edit-no.......)

Hi,

Check if there any events related to this issue in application log.

Did you use POP3 or IMAP4 to connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 mailbox through OWA?

Try the method in the following KB, then restart servers to check:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/980049

And please switch to another browser to check this issue.

If the suggestions above didnt help, please try to use New-MailboxRepairRequest cmdlet to repair your mailbox and move Mailbox to another database if that not fix the issue.

Thanks for your help dear i tried to open from 3 browser but the same error but my main problem is i can't receive any email with attachment in outlook i can receive in OWA but i can't open and i can receive in email without attachment in both please help
