Hi Anurd, From the error message it looks like while import is encountering a duplicate file it throwing out the error. Can you try runing import without specific updateversion parameter.

I get following error while importing .cmp using stsadm. The file need to override the existing document if any but is unable to do so. I tried force overwrite using updateversions 2 option.
